CHIMU ROOM Late societies on the north coast are represented by the Chimú and the Lambayeque also recently known as the Sicán. These groups established kinship groups and lineages which have even been recovered by the first chroniclers. In this way they go on to form cities such as Chan Chan and others which develop metallurgy and textile manufactures to a very high level. This room presents them in all their magnitude.
